Union 190 Membership Term Conditions

  1. Membership Duration
    Membership in Labor Union 190 is monthly, starting from the date of enrollment. Membership will automatically renew each month unless terminated by the member or the Union under the conditions specified herein.

  2. Membership Dues
    Monthly dues of $25 are required to maintain active membership status. Dues are payable in accordance with the first day from the date of enrollment. Failure to pay dues within 7 days may result in cancelation of membership benefits.

  3. Rights and Privileges
    Members in good standing have the right to view our corporate training videos and receive other pertinent Union and industry-specific news and information.

    Members have access to all Union-provided benefits, where applicable.

  4. Responsibilities
    Members are expected to abide by the Union’s constitution, bylaws, and any other rules and regulations.

    Members should participate in Union activities and meetings to stay informed and involved in Union affairs.
  5. Termination and Suspension
    Membership can be terminated voluntarily by canceling online.

    The Union may terminate or suspend membership for non-payment of dues, violation of Union rules, or conduct detrimental to the Union’s interests.

  6. Reinstatement
    Members who have been canceled for non-payment of dues may be reinstated upon payment of all arrears and a reinstatement fee of $25.
    Members who were terminated for other reasons may apply for reinstatement and must receive approval from the Union’s executive board at support@service1flt.com.

  7. Benefits
    Members in good standing are eligible for benefits, including: Access to job training.

  8. Amendments
    These membership Term Conditions may be amended by a majority vote of the executive board.
